Job Description

Job Overview Jin Best Tutoring is seeking passionate and reliable teachers to join our after-school programs in Flushing, NY . We offer small-class instruction (5-10 students) focused on academic excellence, test preparation, and confidence-building. This is a great opportunity for educators looking for part-time or full-time flexible work in a supportive and professional teaching environment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, Afternoon 3:00-6:00

PM Location:

Flushing, NY Duties Teach small groups of ESL students learn English Follow the center's curriculum and deliver engaging, structured lessons Monitor student progress and communicate with the center and/or parents Foster a positive, respectful, and focused learning environment Assist with grading, lesson prep, and parent feedback as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree or above (Education or related field preferred) Teaching or tutoring experience (school, test prep, or enrichment programs) Excellent communication and classroom management skills Must be punctual, responsible, and passionate about teaching
