This opportunity involves working approximately 15 hours per week (2-3 hours per day) through June 4, 2027, helping support a school districts recent influx of English Language Learner (ELL) students. Your expertise will be especially welcomed among elementary grades, providing tailored instruction in a welcoming and collaborative school environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Education or related field Valid teaching credential; ESL endorsement preferred Experience teaching K-12, with a focus on elementary students a plus Passion for supporting ELL students and diverse learning needs Strong communication and classroom management skills Ability to build rapport with students, families, and school staff

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging English language instruction based on student needs Develop and adapt curriculum for ELL students in both individual and small group settings Support classroom teachers with strategies for inclusive education Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records Collaborate with school staff, counselors, and families to ensure comprehensive support for ELL students Participate in school meetings and professional development as required
