Located on the southeast Atlantic coast in Brunswick, midway between Savannah, Georgia and Jacksonville, Florida, the College of Coastal Georgia is an undergraduate college in the University System of Georgia with an additional outreach through the Camden Center in Kingsland, Georgia. The College provides an affordable and interactive education in the natural beauty and abundant sunshine of Georgia's Golden Isles, an area noted for world-class golf courses and resorts as well as amazing diversity of maritime habitats, wildlife and sea creatures. Job Summary The College of Coastal Georgia seeks qualified applicants for the part time applicant pool in the area of Sports Management. This is an applicant pool for teaching in the School of Business and Public Management. Applicants will be reviewed on an as-needed basis and hiring may occur up to the start date of a given semester. Responsibilities Responsibilies
  • The successful candidate will teach Sports Management courses contingent to the needs of the College.
Essential duties include:
maintaining office hours, preparing lesson plans, lectures, and other course materials such as quizzes and exams, and submission of final grades and attendance reports. Required Qualifications Educational Requirements
  • Masters degree with minimum of eighteen semester hours at the graduate level in Sports Management or in related fields. Other Required Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Sports Management
  • PhD Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrate evidence of recent, successful post-secondary teaching experience.
  • Online teaching.
