Duties Design and deliver dynamic gymnastics lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels, ensuring safety and progression. Coach gymnastics teams for competitions, providing technical guidance, motivation, and performance feedback. Monitor participants' progress, adjusting training plans to meet individual goals and developmental needs. Enforce safety protocols by supervising equipment use, conducting safety checks, and maintaining a secure environment. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and upcoming events. Lead warm-up routines, stretching exercises, and skill drills that promote proper technique and injury prevention. Maintain equipment standards by inspecting gear regularly and organizing training spaces efficiently. Qualifications Experience working as a coach teaching recreational gymnasts and tumblers. Experience working with diverse age groups and ability to motivate students of varying skill levels. Ability to demonstrate professionalism while fostering a fun, inclusive environment that encourages growth and teamwork.
