Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Gymnastics Teacher/Coach to inspire and develop athletes of all ages and skill levels. In this role, you will lead engaging gymnastics classes, and foster a safe, positive environment that promotes physical fitness and confidence. Your passion for gymnastics and sports coaching will help participants achieve their personal best while enjoying a fun and motivating atmosphere. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of gymnasts through expert instruction and enthusiastic leadership. Duties Design and deliver dynamic gymnastics lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels, ensuring safety and progression. Coach gymnastics teams for competitions, providing technical guidance, motivation, and performance feedback. Monitor participants' progress, adjusting training plans to meet individual goals and developmental needs. Enforce safety protocols by supervising equipment use, conducting safety checks, and maintaining a secure environment. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and upcoming events. Lead warm-up routines, stretching exercises, and skill drills that promote proper technique and injury prevention. Maintain equipment standards by inspecting gear regularly and organizing training spaces efficiently. Qualifications Experience working as a coach teaching recreational gymnasts and tumblers. Experience working with diverse age groups and ability to motivate students of varying skill levels. Ability to demonstrate professionalism while fostering a fun, inclusive environment that encourages growth and teamwork.
