As a Coach, you will introduce tennis to students with age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and provide mentorship. If you have a sports or coaching background and want to make a real difference in the lives of children, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills. Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement Individualize practices to suit each child's abilities Follow all health and safety guidelines Assist with all administrative matters relating to the team Qualifications Previous experience coaching children/students is preferred Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required First aid and CPR-certified preferred Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
