About FH5: FH5 Prehab Performance is a youth sports performance and rehab training studio in the San Gabriel Valley (Monrovia, CA). The role:

Coach youth athletes in strength, conditioning and movement training (1-on-1 and small groups). Follow the FH5 training system and session plans. Communicate with parents in English and/or Mandarin about training and scheduling.

Requirements:

Fluent English AND Mandarin Chinese (spoken) - required. Background in coaching, strength and conditioning, kinesiology or competitive sports. Reliable, punctual, and good with kids and parents.

Hiring process and pay:

1 interview, then 3 shadow sessions with our head coach, then Assistant Stage paid training shifts (about 3 hours each) at $18/hr. After a readiness review, Independent Coach from $33.60/hr equivalent (youth), up to $54/hr equivalent (adult).

afternoons (after school) and weekend mornings.
