In this role, you will lead engaging softball training sessions, promote our company standards of sports science based training and performance training priority, and promote a positive sporting environment. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help participants develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game while ensuring a safe and inclusive experience for all. Responsibilities Plan and deliver comprehensive softball coaching sessions tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced players. Demonstrate proper techniques for batting, pitching, catching, and fieldg to enhance player performance. Monitor safety during activities, enforce rules, and respond promptly to any injuries or emergencies using first aid and CPR skills. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and program coordinators regarding player progress and behavioral concerns. Maintain equipment, organize practice drills, and ensure the playing field is safe and well-prepared for each session. Promote company standards by integrating sports science principles, utilizing our technology, data and player profiles. Skills Prior experience in sports coaching or sports-specific training instruction, especially in softball or related team sports like soccer or basketball. Strong communication skills to effectively teach children and engage with parents or guardians. Proven ability to work with children in a coaching or childcare setting, demonstrating patience and behavioral management techniques. Knowledge of first aid procedures, CPR certification, and AED operation to ensure participant safety at all times. Experience working with youth in physical education or sports programs; familiarity with cheerleading, climbing activities, or martial arts is a plus. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage group dynamics effectively. Background in health club or gym environments that emphasize physical activity safety standards. Pay:
