About Foundations 850 Foundations 850 is Northwest Florida's premier youth athletic performance training facility. We help athletes become faster, stronger, more explosive, and more confident through elite sports performance coaching. We develop athletes ages 8-18 across all sports while building character, discipline, and confidence.

Position Overview We're looking for an energetic, motivated Sports Performance Coach who is passionate about developing young athletes and creating an incredible experience for every family who walks through our doors. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys coaching, mentoring, building relationships, and being part of a rapidly growing performance facility. Responsibilities Coach youth athletes (ages 8-18) Lead speed, agility, strength, and power training sessions Demonstrate proper exercise technique Build relationships with athletes and parents Assist with athlete assessments and performance testing Capture photos/videos for social media Maintain a clean, organized training environment Arrive prepared with high energy and professionalism Represent the Foundations 850 culture every day Preferred Qualifications Coaching or playing experience CSCS, SCCC, NASM, USAW, OTA, or similar certification (preferred, not required) Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related education (preferred) CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain) Positive attitude Strong communication skills Reliable transportation Passion for helping young athletes succeed Compensation Part-Time Competitive hourly pay Performance bonuses Membership sales commissions Opportunity for advancement into leadership roles Why Join Foundations 850?
