Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Muay Thai and Boxing Coach to inspire and develop athletes of all skill levels. In this role, you will lead engaging training sessions, teach martial arts techniques, and foster a positive environment that encourages growth, discipline, and confidence. Your expertise will help clients achieve their fitness goals while promoting safety and proper technique. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse community of sports enthusiasts and aspiring fighters. Responsibilities Design and deliver dynamic Muay Thai and boxing training programs tailored to individual needs and skill levels Demonstrate proper techniques for striking, footwork, defensive maneuvers, and conditioning exercises Monitor participants' progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust training plans accordingly Ensure all training sessions adhere to safety protocols, including first aid procedures and AED operation when necessary Foster a motivating environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship Communicate effectively with clients about their goals, progress, and areas for improvement Maintain equipment, training spaces, and ensure cleanliness to promote a safe workout environment Experience Proven coaching experience in martial arts such as Muay Thai and/or boxing Demonstrated ability to work with diverse age groups, especially children and youth in sports settings Background in sports-specific training instruction with a focus on combat sports or physical education Experience working in health clubs or gyms is highly desirable Knowledge of sports team leadership, behavior management, and client communication skills Prior involvement in sports team coaching such as soccer or basketball is a plus Join us to make a lasting impact through martial arts coaching! $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
