Fit Club Gymnastics is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and motivated Competitive Team Coach to help develop our Xcel and Optional athletes. If you're passionate about building confident gymnasts, creating a positive team culture, and helping athletes reach their full potential, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Coach and develop athletes in Levels 1-10 and Xcel competitive levels Plan and lead structured, engaging, and safe daily practices Maintain working knowledge of USAG rules, requirements, and deductions Prepare athletes for competitions, including routine development and meet readiness Provide constructive feedback, goal setting, and athlete evaluations Foster a positive, encouraging, disciplined, and athlete-centered training environment Communicate clearly and professionally with parents regarding athlete progress, scheduling, and related updates. Communicate professionally and effectively with athletes, parents, and staff Assist with choreography, conditioning, flexibility, and progressive skill development Uphold Fit Club Gymnastics' safety standards, policies, and positive team culture Qualifications Previous competitive gymnastics coaching experience is a must Current USA Gymnastics Safe Sport Certification and Professional Membership Knowledge of Developmental and Xcel programs Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to motivate athletes while maintaining high expectations Passion for helping athletes succeed both in and out of the gym Why Join Fit Club Gymnastics?
