What You'll Do:
Assist coaches during practices and games with coaching techniques, developing player skills, and supporting game-day activities. Support team scheduling, travel arrangements, home-game setup, equipment preparation, and other team operations. Recruit student-athletes from local public and private high schools and assist with outreach to prospective and current athletes. Support student-athlete success by monitoring academic progress, coordinating tutoring, and assisting with athletic housing needs. Maintain practice and game statistics, prepare scouting reports, and participate in coaches' meetings and conferences. Perform other coaching, administrative, and team-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
High school or acceptable equivalency diploma. One year of experience in the designated sport at the high school or college level. (Desired) Associate degree from a regionally or nationally accredited institution.
Work Schedule & Environment Pay:
$975-$1,025 per month
Hours:
Up to 26 hours per week Requires some evening and weekends, and travel around the state and possibly overnight. Work may take place outdoors and in varying weather conditions. Requires walking, standing for long periods, running, bending, and lifting, up to 50 lbs. of equipment.
