Date Posted September 9, 2026 Type Part Time Job Details Estherville Lincoln Central School District is seeking a Head Varsity Baseball Coach to lead and build a successful high school baseball program. The coach will serve as a positive role model, demonstrate ethical and moral leadership, and foster strong relationships with student-athletes while emphasizing personal growth, teamwork, and competitive excellence.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of the ELC baseball program, including both the High School and the Middle School Programs Develop and implement a long-term program vision aligned with district values Build positive relationships with student-athletes and promote character development Ability to encourage student-athletes to participate in multiple sports and the strength and conditioning program Demonstrate ethical and moral decision-making and sportsmanship Collaborate with staff, athletes, families, and administration Ability to work with other coaches to collaborate and share athletes Ability to be actively involved in the strength and conditioning program at

ELC Qualifications:

Successful experience as a head varsity baseball coach preferred Previous high school baseball coaching experience required Strong leadership skills Strong communication skills Previous experience building or ability to build an athletics program (youth through varsity) required Previous effective work with high school- and middle school-aged athletes as well as teachers, administration, staff, parents, and community members

Terms:
