Immediately Job Description High School Boys Golf Coach Lisbon Community School District is seeking a dedicated individual to serve as a Head High School Boys Golf Coach. The successful candidate will develop student-athletes, a positive team culture, and maintain a safe and competitive athletic environment.

Responsibilities:

Organize and lead practices and competitions. Teach golf skills, strategy, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Support the academic and personal growth of athletes. Communicate with athletes, parents, and school staff. Promote a positive team culture and represent Lisbon Schools professionally. Follow all school, conference, and state athletic policies.

Qualifications:

Current Iowa Department of Education Coaching Authorization required. Coaching experience preferred. Strong knowledge of the sport and its rules, techniques, and strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a coaching team. Completion of required district trainings or willingness to complete them.
