W3Body is a women-only training gym looking for an energetic, motivating Personal Trainer / Strength Coach to join our coaching team in Hoffman Estates. We are not a traditional gym—and we're proud of that. Our coaches don't just run workouts. They build confidence, create connection, and help women feel strong for life. ✨ About W3Body At W3Body, we specialize in: Semi-Private Personal Training (up to 8 women per session) TEAM Training (up to 16 women, focused on core & conditioning) Every session is coached. Every woman is supported. We are known for our high coaching standards, welcoming culture, and results-driven programming . What You'll Do As a W3Body Coach, you will: Coach semi-private and TEAM training sessions following W3Body programming Deliver safe, effective, and motivating workouts Build strong, positive relationships with members Maintain a clean, organized training floor after sessions Represent and promote W3Body programs and special offers Be part of a professional, supportive coaching team that values growth -What We're Looking For Passion for strength training and coaching women Strong communication and coaching presence Ability to motivate, correct, and encourage members of all fitness levels Reliability, professionalism, and positive energy -Required Qualifications Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (or actively working toward one and will obtain within 90 days) CPR/AED Certification (within 90 days of hire) Experience with functional training and/or group training is a plus Ability to commute to Hoffman Estates, IL 60192 Compensation & Perks Hourly pay per session Up to $250 credit toward certification or continuing education Complimentary gym membership Employee discounts Paid time off Ongoing professional development & mentorship A positive, empowering work environment
