The ideal candidate will have a background working with children or in a child centered environment and will bring a fun and bright personality and attitude to the pool! Responsibilities

• Instruct swim lessons to individuals or small groups of all ages and skill levels
• Follow lesson plans and provide positive and encouraging feedback to students
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during lessons
• Motivate and inspire students to improve their swimming techniques
• Maintain a fun and inviting experience for all students Experience
• experience working with children is a plus
• Experience working with students of varying ages and abilities is beneficial Days/Hours
• Availability must include Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-8pm
• Opportunities for additional hours and days are available as a lifeguard.
• Attendance bonus each month for no missed days.

Base pay is $15/hr with a $10/hr attendance bonus paid each month for no missed classes, for a total of $25/hr. To apply applicants can stop in to Nash Rec Center to fill out an application or submit a resume through indeed.
