Approximately 11-12 hours per week Swim Right Away Inc. is looking for a reliable, experienced, and motivated Swim Program Manager / Lead Coach to oversee the day-to-day operation of our swim lesson program. This position is ideal for an experienced swim instructor or coach who is comfortable leading lessons, communicating with parents, and independently managing daily program operations.

•3:45 PM Candidates should be available to work consistently during these scheduled hours. Responsibilities Lead and conduct high-quality swim lessons Manage daily pool-deck operations Communicate professionally with parents Manage swimmer placement and class schedules Maintain attendance and enrollment records Assist with registration and payment tracking Handle routine scheduling and make-up lesson requests Coordinate additional coaches when needed Maintain a safe, positive, and professional environment Follow Swim Right Away teaching standards and policies Provide regular program updates to the Owner/Program Director Qualifications Minimum 2 years of swim instruction or coaching experience preferred Experience working with children and youth Strong communication and customer-service skills Reliable, responsible, and organized Ability to independently manage daily program operations CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred Lifeguard or other aquatic certifications are a plus Compensation $30.00/hour for scheduled coaching/on-deck hours $500 monthly management stipend for agreed management responsibilities Compensation may be reviewed based on performance, responsibilities, and program growth.
