Job Description

Adversity VBC is seeking a passionate and energetic Junior Volleyball Coach to help develop young athletes' volleyball skills in a positive and structured environment. We have openings for Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches for a variety of team levels, ages ranging from 10-18. You will need to attend practices two to three times per week from Mid-November until May/June. Brand-new facility with 10 courts, a weight room, coaches' room, film room, a trainers' room, and eventually LOVB players. This role involves planning and leading practices, assisting with team development, and supporting athletes during tournaments. Beyond practices, coaches are expected to attend local and travel tournaments throughout the season, which will be held on various weekends throughout the season, including nationals either USAV or AAUs nationals. Adversity VBC is now apart of LOVB. With this coaches get access to all training material and clinics that they offer to us. In house coaching clinics and meetings, along with coaches outings. Private lesson opportunities available to add each day of week. Coaches training and group outings.
Qualifications:
Prior experience playing or coaching volleyball (club, school, or recreational level) Strong communication and leadership skills Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to youth development Basic knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and coaching principles Must pass background check and meet club's safety requirements Must be over the age of 18 to apply.

$15.00 - $30.00 per hour
