Job Description

Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced and dedicated assistant wrestling coach to help lead our wrestling program. The ideal candidate will focus on program development, student-athlete growth, and maintaining competitive excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive wrestling program strategies
Provide Technical Leadership
Program Building and Management
Competition Management

Student-Athlete Development Qualifications:

Valid teaching certification or equivalent (preferred)
Previous wrestling coaching experience required
Demonstrated success in program development
Strong leadership and communication skills
Background check clearance required
