Overview Teamworks Acton Teamworks is seeking energetic, enthusiastic individuals to lead our All Sport and Soccer programs for young children. Our classes are designed to create a fun, positive environment where children can stay active, build confidence, and develop a love for sports through age-appropriate games and activities. Position Overview Our youth sports programs are 45-60 minute classes that feature interactive games and highly modified sports activities specifically designed to keep children active, engaged, and smiling. Instructors play an important role in creating a positive experience while helping participants learn basic athletic skills in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Lead age-appropriate sports and recreational activities. Create a fun, safe, and engaging atmosphere for participants. Encourage confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Maintain class organization and manage time effectively. Communicate professionally with parents and guardians. Set up and organize equipment as needed. Qualifications Energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality. Enjoy working with young children. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Patient, positive, and able to maintain children's attention. Comfortable speaking with parents and answering questions.
