Job Description

Now Hiring:

Swim Instructors

Stoneham, MA
Start This Week $20-22/hr | Part-time, 10-20 hrs/week | Paid training, no certification required to start Join British Swim School as a Swim Instructor and teach swimmers ages 3 months and up using our proven, gentle, progressive lesson program.

We provide all the training — you bring the energy!

Pay & Perks:

PTO What You'll Do:

Teach swim lessons to children and adults following our training standards Work a 4-hour shift in the water Document student's progress daily Participate in all in-service trainings and staff meetings Report to and support the

Aquatics Director What You Need:

Experience working with children Reliable transportation Enthusiastic, dependable, and a strong communicator Comfortable and capable in the water Comfortable receiving and applying feedback Nice to Have (not required): Competitive swim background Customer service experience Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR/AED certification Availability at both our Saugus and Stoneham locations
