Overview Lead a 12U travel fastpitch softball team with energy, clear instruction, and a focus on player development. Plan and deliver practices, guide athletes through competition, and create a supportive environment where young players can build skills, confidence, and teamwork. This is a paid coaching position.

Your impact:

Your coaching helps players grow as athletes and teammates while giving families clear, consistent communication about team activities and development. Responsibilities Plan and lead practices focused on softball fundamentals, position skills, conditioning, and game strategy. Coach the team during games and travel events; model sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive conduct. Teach age-appropriate skills, manage behavior, and support players with different learning needs. Requirements Fastpitch softball experience and team leadership skills; experience with children, students, or childcare is important. Strong communication and teaching skills, including the ability to provide sports-specific training instruction. Experience in fastpitch travel softball Sports team experience and behavior management skills are valued; related coaching experience may transfer to this role.

Pay:

$3,200.00 per year
