Position Overview We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable Baseball and Softball Coaches to provide private and small group training sessions for athletes of all ages and skill levels. As a CoachUp coach, you'll have the flexibility to build your own schedule, grow your client base, and deliver personalized instruction that drives real improvement. Experience with some or all of the below Hitting mechanics and approach Pitching development Fielding and defensive skills Catching fundamentals Base running and game IQ Client Management skills Qualifications Prior playing experience (high school required; college or higher preferred) Coaching or training experience preferred (team, private lessons, or camps) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with youth and high school athletes Passion for player development and long-term growth What We Offer Flexible scheduling - coach when and where you want Access to a large network of athletes and families Tools to build your brand, including a custom coaching profile Opportunity to grow your own training business Support from the CoachUp team

Pay:

$35.00 - $55.00 per hour
