Job Description
Youth Etiquette & Social Skills Coach - County Cotillion County Cotillion | Mitchellville, Maryland Part-Time / Seasonal $15-$25 per hour, depending on experience County Cotillion is seeking an engaging, polished, and enthusiastic Etiquette & Social Skills Coach for our 26/27 youth Cotillion program at The Country Club at Woodmore . We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and teenagers and can teach etiquette, confidence, communication, and social skills in a way that is practical, interactive, and fun.
Program Junior Cotillion:
Grades 2-3
Pre-Cotillion:
Grades 4-6
Cotillion:
Grades 7-12 Session Dates Candidates should ideally be available for all six Friday sessions: October 16, 2026 November 13, 2026 January 22, 2027 February 19, 2027 March 12, 2027 April 9, 2027 - Final Event Location The Country Club at Woodmore 12320 Pleasant Prospect Mitchellville, MD 20721 Responsibilities Teach age-appropriate modern etiquette, social skills, and character development Lead lessons on introductions, greetings, conversation, dining etiquette, table manners, and social confidence Teach students how to communicate respectfully and confidently in different social settings Help students develop poise, courtesy, professionalism, and consideration for others Lead interactive activities, demonstrations, and group discussions Adapt lessons appropriately for students in grades 2-12 Collaborate with County Cotillion leadership to create an engaging and positive experience Serve as a professional role model for students Qualifications Background in etiquette, education, public speaking, communications, hospitality, coaching, youth development, or a related field Comfortable teaching and engaging children and teenagers Excellent communication and presentation skills Confident leading groups and managing student behavior Warm, energetic, patient, polished, and dependable Must be able to successfully pass a full background check Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Previous teaching, coaching, public speaking, etiquette training, hospitality, or youth-program experience is preferred. Formal etiquette certification is welcome but not required. Compensation $15-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
