As a key member of our Professional Development team, you'll work closely with educators, school leaders, and district staff to bring NTN's proven methodologies to life in classrooms. What You'll Do Model best practices through engaging math lesson demonstrations Lead interactive, standards-based training sessions rooted in NTN methodology Coach and mentor teachers to improve classroom instruction and student outcomes Collaborate with school and district leaders to align efforts and meet professional development goals Analyze classroom data and help teachers plan purposeful, standards-aligned instruction Provide actionable feedback and complete regular reports on coaching impact Stay current with trends in mathematics education and contribute to continuous program improvement What We're Looking For Certified educator with at least 5 years of math teaching experience (3+ consecutive years in the classroom) Strong knowledge of Common Core State Standards - Mathematics (K-12) and Standards for Mathematical Practice (or your state specific process and content standards) Skilled in mentoring, instructional coaching, and classroom observation Mastery-level content knowledge and the ability to inspire and support educators Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills Proficient in planning, feedback, and data analysis Familiarity with NTN's Key Elements to Mathematics Success curriculum is a plus Position Details Full-Time with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with matching Paid time off Life insurance Referral program Monday-Friday schedule, approx. 8-hour workdays Travel may be required within your assigned region Prefer Part-Time?
