Must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (including nights)

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year in customer service with good work history.

Overview:

Spymaker is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Game Coaches, Hosts, and Axe Throwing Coaches. All employees have the opportunity to work across both escape rooms and axe throwing experiences. The primary responsibility in all roles is to ensure guests receive our signature 5-star experience in a safe, engaging, and professional environment. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Escape Room Duties:

Welcome and check in guests Brief and debrief guests on their game experience Operate and monitor escape room games Reset rooms efficiently to stay on schedule Set up and tear down rooms as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of rooms and common areas

Axe Throwing Duties:

Instruct guests on axe throwing basics and safety Coach groups through their session and host tournaments Monitor guest activity to ensure safety and proper behavior Supervise axe throwing leagues Maintain a clean and organized axe throwing area

General Responsibilities:

Provide excellent guest service with a positive and professional attitude Answer guest questions and assist with merchandise sales Maintain proper company uniform and punctual attendance Communicate effectively with teammates and management Handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Good work history with at least a year on each position held. Strong communication and leadership skills Self-motivated and detail-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation Why Work With Us?
