Job Description

Niles Community Schools Junior Varsity Softball Head Coach 10/1/2026 Coaching position for the 2026-2027 school year Reports to: Athletic Director (or designee)
Salary:
$3,000.00 per the NDEA Collective Bargaining Agreement Salary for
Non-Niles Community Schools' Teachers:
The coaching stipend will be determined by the Athletic Director Niles Community Schools is looking for a dynamic Junior Varsity Softball Head Coach to strengthen the culture and helps to build the Niles Softball program. Highly-effective communication skills and professionalism required for daily interaction with a diverse workforce, student population, building administration and community.
Qualifications:
Softball coaching experience Supervisory experience with youths Teach baseball skills and develop team atmosphere
Responsibilities:
