Youth Sports Coach - Flexible Part-Time Opportunity $21-$23/hour | 5-10 hours/week DASH Sports is looking for energetic, dependable, and positive coaches to lead youth sports programs in the Owatonna, Waseca, Albert Lea, and Kasson area. Our coaches help kids learn new skills, stay active, build confidence, and most importantly, have fun! Camps run primarily Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings between 3:30-7:30, and Saturday mornings We offer programs in basketball, soccer, flag football, volleyball, and other youth sports for children ranging from Pre-K through elementary school. What You'll Do Lead fun and engaging sports programs for Pre-K and elementary-aged children Teach basic skills, rules, teamwork, and sportsmanship Keep kids active, involved, and having a great experience Create a positive and inclusive environment for all participants Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and the DASH team Arrive prepared and on time for every scheduled program What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are: Reliable and dependable Energetic and enthusiastic Comfortable working with groups of children Positive, patient, and encouraging Responsible and able to take ownership of their programs Interested in sports, recreation, education, or working with kids Previous coaching or sports experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training and support to help you succeed.
