What You'll Do As a GForce Coach, you'll help kids build skills, confidence, strength, and a love for fitness—all while creating a safe and FUN environment.

Responsibilities:

Coach gymnastics and/or parkour for ages walking & up while following GForce lesson plans Create a positive and encouraging experience for every child Follow safety procedures, policies, and emergency plans Maintain a clean, organized, and safe gym Greet and communicate positively with students, parents, and teammates Promote and support other GForce programs such as camps, events, birthday parties and afterschool care Be ready to jump in and help wherever the gym needs you

Availability Requirements Preferred availability: Weekday afternoons/evenings: Shifts vary between 3:00 PM-8:00

PM Saturdays:

9:00 AM-2:00 PM Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays as needed for special events This is a flexible, part-time position. Schedules may vary based on the needs of the gym, availability, and coaching performance.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Positive, friendly, energetic, and FUN Knowledgeable about gymnastics and/or parkour Comfortable working with children Safety-minded Dependable & Consistent Team-Oriented Qualifications Experience with gymnastics, parkour, dance, cheer, or other coaching or teaching is preferred, but not required. USAG, CPR/First Aid Certification are required prior to employment and must remain up to date throughout employment.
