Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional and/or athletic trainer or coach, ideally within a school or youth sports setting Understanding of high school athletics protocols, rules, and best practices Ability to collaborate effectively with coaches, teachers, and student-athletes Strong organizational and communication skills CPR/First Aid certification preferred Enthusiasm for mentoring and supporting teens, with a commitment to promoting positive sportsmanship and teamwork

Primary Duties:

Assist with daily training sessions, practice routines, and game preparation for various athletic teams Provide direct support to student-athletes, monitoring safety and well-being during sports activities Collaborate with coaches in developing and executing training plans and injury prevention strategies Supervise athletes during games, practices, and travel, ensuring adherence to team and school guidelines Serve as a positive role model, encouraging academic achievement and personal growth Support students with special needs or accommodations as directed This role offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to make a direct impact in a setting where your expertise and dedication are highly valued.
