Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to work as a Daly Racer Coach for the upcoming season at Daly Elementary. Open until filled.

Responsibilities:

Organize and supervise team practices
Ensure the safety of all team members during training
Communicate regularly with parents and school administration regarding team progress and upcoming events
Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
Attend training sessions and meetings as required

Requirements:

Passion for coaching
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with children and motivate them to achieve their best
Previous coaching or racing experience is preferred
Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment maintenance
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required
Must pass a fingerprint-based background check per school board policy.
