Job Description
Overview We are seeking a passionate Volleyball Coach to join our team and lead training sessions for players of a competitive skill level 2 times a week. You will coach a team for the duration of the season from November to March with practices and tournaments. If you have a love for the game and enjoy mentoring athletes, this position is perfect for you. Responsibilities
- Implement effective training programs to enhance players' skills and performance
- Teach proper techniques, strategies, and rules of volleyball
- Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
- Lead and supervise team practices and games
- Provide constructive feedback to players for improvement
- Ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants
- Travel with your team to tournaments that range from 30 minutes to an hour and a half away Requirements
- Prior experience in sports coaching, preferably in volleyball
- Knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse groups of individuals
- Passion for promoting health and fitness through volleyball coaching
Job Types:
Contract, Seasonal Pay:
$20.00- $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 3
