Bedford High School is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to serve as the Girls Varsity Lacrosse Head Coach. The coach will be responsible for planning and conducting practices, coaching games, and supporting the development of student-athletes in alignment with the values and expectations of the Bedford High School athletic program. This position emphasizes skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and preparation of athletes for future varsity participation.Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Organize and lead daily practices and game preparationFoster a positive, inclusive, and educational team environmentCollaborate with the sub-varsity coaches, Varsity team and athletic departmentUphold school, district, and NHIAA policies and expectations
