Whippany Boxing is looking to add motivated, reliable coaches to our team. We are a boxing-focused gym built around proper technique, strong fundamentals, and quality coaching. We work with everyone from complete beginners to experienced boxers, with a strong emphasis on creating a positive and professional training environment. We are currently hiring for two positions: Boxing Instructor and Assistant Coach. Boxing Instructor The ideal candidate has real boxing experience and is confident leading a class. Competitive fight experience is required.

Qualifications:

Competitive boxing/fight experience required Strong boxing fundamentals and technical knowledge Ability to confidently lead and manage a class Strong communication and people skills Comfortable working with children and adults Positive, patient, and encouraging personality Coachable and willing to learn and follow our coaching system Reliable, punctual, and professional Assistant Coach This position is a great opportunity for someone with a solid boxing background who enjoys helping others but may not yet have the experience to lead classes independently.
