Heart-Centered Health is seeking an experienced Functional Strength Coach to join an integrated Human Performance team supporting U.S. Air Force personnel. This is not a traditional personal-training job . You'll have consistent full-time work without selling sessions, chasing clients, or stitching together multiple coaching jobs. You'll help Airmen develop strength, endurance, mobility, durability, power, and physical readiness for demanding operational environments.

Work includes:

Strength and conditioning programming Lifting and movement coaching Running and mobility training Human Performance evaluations Squadron PT support Injury-risk reduction and recovery education Preparing Airmen for load carriage, equipment movement, field operations, deployment, and other mission demands You'll work alongside an Athletic Trainer and Mindfulness Coach and have room to bring your own coaching philosophy, creativity, and experience to the program.
