Job Description
Position Overview RaceFaster is looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and dependable Youth Coaches to work with athletes ages 4-14. Coaches will lead fun, energetic, and age-appropriate training sessions focused on running technique, speed, agility, endurance, coordination, and overall athletic development. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, brings positive energy to every practice, and can create an environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and excited to improve. Previous coaching or youth sports experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and passion for helping young athletes grow are equally important. Responsibilities Lead engaging practices focused on running fundamentals, speed, agility, and endurance. Create a positive, safe, and encouraging environment for athletes of all ability levels. Teach proper running mechanics, movement skills, and age-appropriate training techniques. Motivate athletes to build confidence, develop discipline, and achieve personal goals. Communicate professionally with parents, fellow coaches, and RaceFaster leadership. Arrive prepared, organized, and on time for all scheduled sessions. Prioritize athlete safety, sportsmanship, and individual development. Qualifications Passion for sports, fitness, running, and youth development. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Reliable, energetic, patient, and enthusiastic attitude. Ability to engage and motivate children ages 4-14.
