We are a rapidly growing company with nine clubs in NJ, one in PA, and one in NY! Swim Instructor Duties can include, but are not limited to: Effectively teaching and communicating levels of progression to learn how to swim Being organized and diligent with time management and lesson schedule Desire to expand and grow in their swim knowledge and teaching techniques Great communication skills with clients and fellow staff members Swim Instructor pay rate starts at $15.92 an hour or $20-25 if WSI certified.

Qualifications:

To be a swim instructor you must be American Red Cross WSI certified. We also offer lifeguard courses to obtain these certifications
