Program Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and conduct daily after-school practices appropriate for the level Supervise student athletes ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Manage team equipment and uniforms Academic support for student-athletes Coordinate game-day logistics

Required Qualifications:

NYS Coaching Certification First Aid, CPR/AED, Concussion Certification Previous sport-specific experience as a participant or coach is preferred Experience working with high school/middle school aged students is preferred Knowledge of sport-specific safety guidelines and regulations for athletes Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all participants Stipend /
