Weekly Practices:
weekdays and some weekends.

Administrative Responsibilities:
Required district/Section IX paperwork/responsibilities Coordinate/Communicate with athletic director Communication with families and athletes (practices, games, roles, etc.) Compliance with union contract and district policies Adhere to all requirements in the Section IX sport specific handbook Adhere to all

Requirements
Program Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and conduct daily after-school practices appropriate for the level Supervise student athletes ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Manage team equipment and uniforms Academic support for student athletes Coordinate game day logistics
Required Qualifications:
NYS Coaching Certification First Aid, CPR/AED, Concussion Certification Previous sport-specific experience as a participant or coach is preferred Experience working with high school/middle school aged students is preferred Knowledge of sport-specific safety guidelines and regulations for athletes Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all participants Stipend /
