Duties Conduct structured swimming lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and safety protocols while encouraging student participation and confidence Monitor students closely during lessons to ensure safety, applying lifeguard skills when necessary Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide progress updates and recommend personalized improvement strategies Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area, ensuring all equipment is safe and ready for use Skills Proven experience with strong water safety knowledge Excellent swimming skills with the ability to teach various strokes confidently Experience working with children or students in educational or childcare settings Strong behavior management skills to motivate and guide learners of diverse backgrounds.
