The Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated JV Cheerleading Head Coach for the upcoming season. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the JV Cheerleading program while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, school spirit, and a positive athletic experience for all student-athletes.

Responsibilities include:

Plan and conduct organized, safe, and engaging practices. Teach and reinforce cheerleading fundamentals, techniques, and routines. Promote teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, and positive student-athlete development. Supervise student-athletes during practices, games, and other team activities. Maintain effective communication with student-athletes, families, and the Athletic Department. Ensure compliance with district policies, NYSPHSAA regulations, and applicable safety requirements.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess prior cheerleading and/or coaching experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to student-athlete safety and development. Applicants must hold or be eligible to obtain all required New York State coaching certifications and clearances. How to
