Swim Coach/Instructor Responsibilities:

Teach swim lessons for kids up to 12 years old Lead group classes with no more than 4 kiddos per class Provide constructive feedback to students and parents Track student swim progression throughout the levels Attend monthly in-service trainings Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety guidelines and Aqua-Tots procedures Teach 7-8 classes back-to-back during a 4-5 hour shift Availability to work one weekend shift between 8:30am-2pm (Saturday or Sunday) Be a part of something bigger, apply today!
