Job Description
Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive strength and conditioning programs for Widener University's Baseball, Softball, and Swimming teams. Collaborate closely with sport coaches and Athletic Training staff to support athlete development, performance, injury prevention, and safe return-to-play protocols. Modify and progress training programs based on individual athlete needs, sport demands, injury status, and return-to-play considerations. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the strength and conditioning program, including athlete supervision, facility organization, and program administration. Potential opportunities to assist with game-day management responsibilities for additional compensation.
