Revolution Gymnastics Center is looking for enthusiastic, dependable people to join our coaching team! Experienced coaches, former gymnasts, teachers, and people with a background in sports or working with children—we'd love to hear from you!

Our ideal coaches:

Love helping kids build skills and confidence Bring patience, energy, and a positive attitude Take safety and teamwork seriously Show up ready to make a difference The ideal candidate will have a background in gymnastics and/or similar sports like cheer or dance, with the ability to inspire young athletes - but we are willing to train the right person. This role involves helping to teach gymnastics skills, promoting physical fitness, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants. Must be enthusiastic and have energy! Duties Implement gymnastics lesson plans tailored to various skill levels. Instruct students in gymnastics techniques, including tumbling, balance beam, bars and vaulting. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and confidence. Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing safety protocols and guidelines. Help to set up and organize practice sessions and events. Communicate effectively with students and other staff Foster a positive team environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and respect.
