Overview Do you have a passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives? We are looking for a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Experienced SOAR Coach to join our team! Our SOAR program provides children of all abilities with an inclusive recreational outlet where they can learn, grow, and thrive. Through gymnastics, children have the opportunity to develop their confidence, coordination, balance, strength, listening skills, and social skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support and encouragement to children of all abilities.
• Assist children in learning gymnastics skills in a safe, fun, and inclusive environment.
• Promote the development of confidence, coordination, balance, strength, listening, and social skills.
• Adapt activities to meet each child's individual needs and abilities.
• Encourage participation, independence, and positive interactions with peers.
• Maintain a safe environment while following all safety guidelines and program procedures.
• Communicate effectively with families and team members.
• Celebrate each child's progress, accomplishments, and milestones! Skills
• A genuine passion for working with children of all abilities.
• Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to create a fun, safe, and supportive learning environment.
• Experience in childcare, education, gymnastics, special needs programs, or recreation is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training.
