About Fast Track Swimming:

We offer students a variety of swim lessons and advanced training programs including our Infant and toddler water safety program, Private and Semi-private lessons. From infant to adult, beginner to competitor. Our philosophy fosters the development of water safety, acclimation and technique tailored toward each participant at their individual skill level.

Job Responsibilities:

Do you enjoy working with kids? Do you enjoy teaching someone a new skill? Then this job is the one for you! Fast Track Swimming is seeking individuals to work with our swimmers and help the improve their confidence and skills in the water. We work with children as young as 6 months old all the way to adult. Whether you want to teach babies how to be water safe, our toddlers and children how to swim and float, or help our competitive swimmers perfect their technique, we have the spot for you! No experience necessary

•paid training is provided. Serious and dedicated employees will be given opportunities for growth in the company. Depending on experience/skill level, pay starting at $12 + per hour depending on experience. Morning, afternoon and evening shifts are available during the week as well as Saturday mornings. Fast Track Swimming prides itself on having only great instructors who love to work with kids and parents, who are enthusiastic, reliable and timely. We take care of our hard working instructors and provide multiple opportunities to make extra income, including referral bonuses. We offer continued training on the most effective and up to date methods of teaching lessons to infants, kids and adults.
