Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive gymnastics training plans tailored to individual skill levels and goals Teach proper gymnastics techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use to participants of all ages Monitor athletes' progress, provide constructive feedback, and motivate continuous improvement Ensure a safe training environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular equipment inspections Manage behavior and foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that promotes teamwork and respect Communicate effectively with clients, parents, and team members regarding progress, schedules, and safety concerns Lead warm-up exercises, stretching routines, and cool-down sessions to prevent injuries Maintain accurate attendance records, progress reports, and safety documentation Experience Prior experience working with children in sports or physical education settings is highly preferred Demonstrated coaching experience in gymnastics or related sports such as martial arts, soccer, basketball or climbing Strong background in sports-specific training instruction with a focus on technique development Experience teaching physical education or working within health clubs or gyms is advantageous Knowledge of first aid procedures, CPR certification, AED operation, and emergency response protocols is required Proven ability to lead teams effectively with excellent communication skills Familiarity with behavior management strategies to support positive athlete engagement Join us as a Gymnastics Coach to ignite passion for movement in our community!
