M14Hoops Salt Lake City South is looking for an energetic, organized, and motivated Director of Basketball Operations to lead and grow our basketball training program. At M14Hoops, we believe basketball is about more than just the game. We are looking for someone who shares that vision and is excited to take ownership of daily operations, build relationships with families, support our coaching staff, and help grow our program.

Responsibilities Program Leadership:

Oversee the daily operations of M14Hoops Salt Lake City South and ensure a high-quality experience for players and families.

Basketball Programming:

Coordinate and manage basketball training sessions, clinics, camps, leagues, and other programs.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, schedule, and support coaches and staff.

Customer Experience:

Build strong relationships with parents and players, communicate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service.

Business Growth:

Help drive program enrollment, retain families, develop community relationships, and identify opportunities to grow the business.

Marketing and Outreach:

Support local marketing efforts, promotions, social media, and community engagement.

Facility Operations:

Maintain a safe, organized, professional, and welcoming training environment.

Financial and Administrative Management:

Assist with scheduling, registration, budgeting, reporting, and other operational responsibilities.

Culture and Development:

Promote the M14Hoops mission of developing athletes on and off the court. Qualifications

MUST HAVE DIVISION I BASKETBALL EXPERIENCE

Passion for basketball, youth development, and creating positive experiences for athletes. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative. Experience in sports management, coaching, youth programs, sales, or business operations is preferred. Previous leadership or management experience is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation and Schedule Starting salary of $50,000 per year. Full-time, salaried position. Flexible scheduling based on program needs, with regular evening and weekend responsibilities and some holiday hours. Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young athletes and families.
