• Job Summary
• We are looking for a passionate Gymnastics Coach to join our team and lead our gymnasts to success. The ideal candidate will have a background in gymnastics, sports coaching, and childcare, fostering a positive and motivating environment for our athletes.
• Responsibilities
• Develop and implement gymnastics training programs tailored to individual and group needs
• Instruct athletes on proper techniques, form, and routines
• Provide feedback and support to help gymnasts improve their skills and reach their full potential
• Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions
• Manage class schedules and communicate effectively with parents and guardians
• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline among athletes
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in gymnastics coaching
• Skills
• Proficiency in gymnastics techniques and coaching methods
• Strong background in sports coaching or related field
• Ability to educate and motivate athletes of all ages and skill levels
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies for working with children
• Experience in other sports such as Gymnastics, Dance, Cheer, and tumbling
