We are looking for a true "jack-of-all-trades"—someone who thrives on keeping our front desk running smoothly, knows how to engage our families through social media, and isn't afraid to step onto the gym floor to lead staff or step in for a high-energy gymnastics or ninja class! Who You Are The Master Organizer:

You thrive on structure. Managing front desk systems, organizing shift schedules, and keeping operations running without a hitch is your superpower.

The Social Media Savvy Communicator:

You love connecting with parents, sharing our community's story online, and keeping our social media platforms active and engaging.

The Floor Leader:

You have a natural presence in the gym. You can confidently help manage day-to-day gymnastics floor operations, mentor and train coaching staff, and step into coaching gymnastics or ninja classes whenever duty calls.

The Flexible Team Player:

You jump in where you're needed most—whether that's answering phones, assisting a parent in the lobby, or stepping onto the mat with high enthusiasm.

What You'll Be Doing Front Desk Operations:

Managing check-ins, answering client questions, handling scheduling and administrative tasks, and keeping the front lobby organized and welcoming.

Social Media Marketing:

Creating engaging content, promoting upcoming programs, and keeping our community updated across our social channels.

Gym Floor Management & Staff Training:

Assisting with daily floor operations, supporting coaching staff through ongoing training, and ensuring class safety and quality standards.

Fill-In Coaching:

Stepping onto the floor to coach gymnastics and ninja classes as needed to keep our programs running seamlessly. Qualifications & Experience Experience or strong familiarity with gymnastics/ninja coaching and gym operations. Background or strong interest in social media content creation and community engagement. Exceptional leadership, communication, and multi-tasking skills. A genuine passion for working with kids, mentoring team members, and creating a fun, high-energy environment.
