## Job Overview ## We are seeking a passionate Swim Instructor to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a love for swimming and teaching, with a focus on providing exceptional instruction to students of all ages and skill levels. ## Responsibilities ##

• Conduct swim lessons in a safe and supportive manner
• Instruct students on proper swimming techniques and water safety
• Follow business level structure and timeline
• Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their skills
• Ensure a positive and engaging learning environment ## Qualifications ##
• Previous or current swim team experience (required!)
• Previous experience in swimming instruction or related fields such as lifeguarding preferred
• Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding preferred (able to obtain upon hire)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
